Interested in Coaching with the Keltics?
Are you passionate about helping athletes grow and want to be part of the Keltics coaching team this season?
We’re now accepting expressions of interest for Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions across our provincial programs.
Before completing the form, please take a few minutes to review the Keltics Provincial Coach Roles (2026–2027) document — it outlines key responsibilities, time commitments, the two-year coaching cycle, and honorarium structure.

These roles are part of a two-year coaching cycle (covering the 2026 and 2027 seasons) designed to build continuity and connection within our pathway.
-
On the women’s side, coaches will rotate or stay with their group depending on the age division:
-
U15 and Senior Women’s coaches will remain with the same age group for both seasons.
-
U16 coaches will move up with their same group to U17 in 2027.
-
U17 coaches will transition to U16 the following year, meaning they’ll work with a new group of athletes in the second year.
-
U18 coaches will move up with their group to U19 in 2027.
-
U19 coaches will transition to U18 in the second year, working with a new group entering the senior high-performance stage.
-
-
On the men’s side, coaches will remain with their assigned age group (U15, U17, U19, or Senior) for both seasons to provide stability and sustained development.
Whether you’re an experienced leader ready to take on a head coaching role, or an assistant coach looking to get more involved, we’d love to hear from you.
Head coaches will work with Rugby Nova Scotia to select their staff — but assistant coaches are absolutely welcome (and encouraged!) to complete the form if they’d like to share their background, coaching philosophy, and areas of interest, especially if they aren’t already linked in with a head coach or would like to offer their support to multiple age groups or programs.
The form is a bit detailed (we like to know our coaches well!), but it’s a great way to start the conversation and help us match the right people to the right environments.
