Junior Academy
- Participation is determined by Athlete Applications which are submit bi-annually in September and January
- Sessions run throughout the fall & winter and consist of:
- 2 Strength and Conditioning Sessions (Canadian Sports Centre Atlantic) per week
- 1 Skill Session per week
- 1 Turf (contact skills) session per month
- 1-2 Mental Performance Sessions
- 2 Nutrition Sessions
Valley
Details
- Participation is determined by Athlete Applications which are submit bi-annually in September and January
- Sessions run throughout the fall & winter and consist of:
- 2 Strength and Conditioning Sessions (Acadia University) per week
- 1 Skill Session per week
Ignite/ High Performance (Participation is by Invitation Only)

- Sessions run throughout the fall & winter and consist of:
- 3 Strength and Conditioning Sessions per week at Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic.
- 1 Skills Sessions per week
- Access to individual mental performance and nutrition sessions
