The U19 Women Atlantic Selects team is a representative team based out of the 4 Atlantic Provinces, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI & Newfoundland.

For the 2023 season, the team will travel to Vancouver, BC from Jul 30th – August 6th to compete in the U19 Women’s Canadian Rugby Championships.

The main philosophy backing this team is to provide a pathway for Atlantic Athletes to be seen by national team coaches. This team is being used as a spring board for athletes who have goals of one day playing for the national team.
